There’s no building yet, but the sign is there. This is at the Hawaii Kai Towne Center near Ross. According to the Pacific Business News, July 29, 2019:
The fast food chain had filed a building permit with the City and County Department of Planning and Permitting in January for the construction of a new restaurant building at the location. According to the filing, the project is estimated to cost $1.25 million.
