I’m back. This time, perhaps as a real person and less of an anonymous online persona. My SO (that’s internet speak for “significant other”) and I dropped our child off at college and I started an incredible new job just a few weeks before that.
The first picture is from a farmer’s market. The picture here is me, trying my best to get with the times and take a selfie. It’s awkward and goofy, a proper portrayal.
Right now, I’m filled with thoughts and observations I want to share. Meanwhile, life goes on, and Hawaii Kai Auntie still has lots of stuff to do: new team members to meet at work, a batch of quail that hatch this weekend and lots of little loose ends to tie up now that SO and I are empty nesters with a fresh new set of adventures to explore.
