Here are the nine ingredients: Salted whole cashews, boneless chicken, bean thread noodles, broccoli, carrots, cornstarch, garlic, hoisin sauce, cooking oil.
For the sauce, mix together hoisin sauce, garlic, and a cornstarch slurry (water and cornstarch premixed) to thicken it. Set sauce aside.
In a pan on medium heat, place roasted salted cashews. Toss in the pan a few times until fragrant. Set aside.
Slice chicken thighs into strips. Pan fry on both sides until brown. Add sauce. Stir until sauce thickens. Add sliced broccoli and carrots on top. Cover and steam until vegetables are tender. Add cashews and mix together.
