Grape tomato

Posted on April 29, 2020

As of May 2020, many seedlings are available. We will continue to bring them to the plant exchanges until we run out.

This is the same variety you purchase from Costco. I know this because I put a batch of overripe tomatoes into the worm bin and now they’re popping up all over my garden.

You’ll love this plant. It’s indeterminate, meaning that it will keep growing until you get tired of it. We don’t have frost in Hawaii, so if you have the space, you get tomatoes galore. This variety produces large quantities of fruit whether hanging over a wall or climbing through a trellis. You can also let it sprawl over the ground if you have the room.
