What Happens When You Run Out of Toilet Paper?

They tell you not to flush paper towels down the toilet. Is this really a problem, and if you can’t flush paper towels, what can you flush? I wanted to find out, so I ran a test of toilet paper and compared it to three other items: Take-out dispenser napkins, Cottonelle flushable wipes and household paper towels.
