Hawaiian Tel offers reduced price internet to those qualifying on the basis of reduced or lower income. Current subscribers can qualify. However, if you are currently or have been a Hawaiian Telcom customer within the last year, your service cannot have been suspended for non-payment. Unemployment check stubs are accepted as proof of income. To find out more, visit their Internet Kokua Program link.

Spectrum is offering two months of free internet to students whose household is not currently using Spectrum.
