As of March 23 4:30 HST through April 30, 2020 the Island of Oahu is under Shelter-in-Place orders from Mayor of the City and County of Honolulu, Kirk Caldwell. All non-essential businesses are ordered to work from home. More info as it becomes available.

State of Hawaii inbound quarantine orders begin March 26, 2020
Beginning Thursday March 26, 2020 all visitors and returning residents must quarantine for 14-days upon return from outside of the state. Governor Ige’s orders exempt first-responders. Returning residents may quarantine at home.
