October 18, 2025: Hawaii Kai Plant Exchange. Koko Marina on 3rd Saturdays

Posted on September 26, 2025

Next Hawaii Kai plant swap and exchange will be held on October 18, 2025

For those planning to come, we hold these plant swaps on the Third Saturday of every month from 10am to 1pm right in front of Assagios and the waterfront at Koko Marina. It’s all in conjunction with 808 Craft and Gift Fairs, so if you visit there will be many booths to visit and lots of good old local kine fun.

Our policy is like that of a potluck. Bring something, take something. If you don’t have anything to give, no worries. Pay it forward by doing a good deed for another neighbor or bring extra plants the next time you come and visit. We have a $ donation jar, but we don’t expect monetary donations. We prefer a community that builds positive momentum in its deeds. If you leave a monetary donation, we will put it to good use to supply future events (i.e. potting soil, pots, etc) and donate the remainder to future generations through our schools.

Some expected plants: Mint, Cleopatra Canna Lily, Sunrise Papaya, Peace Lily, Hearts and Flowers, Basil, Wandering Jew, Succulents, Bromeliads, Sansevieria, Syngonium, Awapuhi Ginger, Pandan, Chives
