Hawaii Kai single family home prices for November 2014 rose 1 percent to $890,000. For the year to date however, prices are lower by 1 percent at $965,000. Inventories are up 23 percent with 69 homes on the market at month end. Median days on market rose 25 days to 63 days. In November 2014, 10 home sales closed.
